
After 12 hours I'm still shocked by how good this soy-based mince tastes. The texture is crazy, it is really perfect if you want to make some Italian ragù or some meatballs. The ingredients are quite simple and it's very low in fats but rich in protein. I definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to buy it again!
