Review of Glow Bowl at Lexi's Healthy Eatery by veganguidejhb

My favourite meal from Lexi’s and they do it perfectly. Every. Single. Time.

From roasted sweet potatoes, almost caramelised in places, perfectly roasted cauliflower, sweet carrots, fresh baby spinach, chickpeas, all drizzled generously with a moorish tahini dressing (I love tahini).

Such a delicious combination. I recommend this dish to everyone!
