Probably the first and only burger I have actually enjoyed from Lexis. The cashew sauce on this is really nice anf the patty is good. The chips were also really enjoyable unlike the dry sweet potatoes had before

If the tofu was actually cooked properly then I would have really enjoyed this. But alas, I am not a fan of raw tofu so this was not the best. The sauce was great and the kimchi. But the tofu definitely failed this dish

It’s a yummy, wholesome and affordable meal. Comes with a hollandaise but sadly they didn’t have any - I think it would balance it well cause it’s a little dry otherwise. Definitely still worth having.

I have a craving for waffles quite often but it’s a simple one of waffles, ice cream and syrup. This is next level! Don’t get me wrong, it’s delicious but it’s very rich with the chocolate and caramel-esque sauce. They didn’t have ice cream so I got coconut cream and it’s time I admit to myself that I just don’t enjoy coconut that much. It’s too overwhelming. I’ll have it again with ice cream and share it then it will be more manageable ☺️

I love mushrooms and with all these new adaptogens I had to give it a try! The chocolate balances out the mushroom flavour but if you’re not a big fan of mushrooms I’m not sure whether you’d enjoy it. I tend to have this quite often which must be saying something.

Look at those beautiful colours!! This is a really delicious sandwich which let’s you appreciate tofu for tofu sake and not as a substitute anything. All the flavours compliment each other really well. I’d definitely have it again.

Who can go wrong with tofu scramble? I had this on a cold day and it was the most comforting breakfast. The bread was toasted to perfection, the scramble had good texture and taste and was complemented by a delicious butternut purée.
