Yo, these Sous Vide Egg Bites are bombdiggity!! The "Inspired by Japan” egg bites consist of portobello mushrooms, sweet potatoes, toasted sesame seeds, soy, and furikake seasonings. They are incredibly rich, tender, and light. They remind me of bite-sized Vegan quiches. Sooo yummy! I'm running back to Fresh Thyme to grab more!! 💛
