Sous vide egg bites

I must admit that I was really looking forward to trying these but after trying one they went in the freezer for another day - but then pulled them out of deep freeze to get them used up and found they were not awful when used the way I did here - I purchased at Whole Foods but they have left this town so I will not see them again anytime soon

I just recently found this Just Egg product in the store and I’m glad I did. A quick go to because it heats up quickly in the microwave. Wish it had a few more veggies and spices added but otherwise a nice taste.

Yo, these Sous Vide Egg Bites are bombdiggity!! The "Inspired by Japan” egg bites consist of portobello mushrooms, sweet potatoes, toasted sesame seeds, soy, and furikake seasonings. They are incredibly rich, tender, and light. They remind me of bite-sized Vegan quiches. Sooo yummy!
