Anyone also a hardcore fan of Trader Joe’s jackfruit curry? I found this on Redmart hoping it’d be a similar sub as I’m missing Trader Joe’s too much!Unfortunately this is not the same but oh well!! 🙈It’s still nice and I do like their jackfruit pieces and that it’s a lot of organic ingredients. Its soaked in quite a lot of oil tho. I added eggplant and carrots to it, with a side of veggie slaw and rice👍
