Papas Arrugadas at Café del Mar ajuy — Daniel's Review (Mar 23, 2022)

Classic Canarian tapa dish of "wrinkled potatoes" which can be found anywhere on the island. But what made these special was not just the delicate salt crust....it was that the mojo sauces were clearly homemade. The red mojo was delicately spicy and the green had a sublime cilantro flavor. And one last photo of the Ajuy walking path that leads to dramatic seaside caves 😎. 5€. #refugiotheanimalacademy
