Review of The Lou at Trio Plant-based by iszy
This wrap has BBQ Cauliflower, ranch, tomatoes, and lettuce. It's less exciting than other dishes at Trio, but it's a good staple on the menu. The cauliflower is cooked nicely and I love the BBQ sauce. The ranch is runny which makes it tricky to eat, especially since they're take-out only at the moment.
