Review of Riso nerone integrale - Ape Gaia by marabasso

All varieties of Ape Gaia rice are good, each for a different dish.
This black one I think has a taste reminiscent of hazelnuts, so I prefer to mix it with brown rice or lentils, or use it to make tasty cold salads.
