Garlic pide at Mockingbird — emmalivingvegan's Review (Mar 6, 2022)

I was so excited when I saw Mockingbird was serving a few different kinds of pide. I thought I’d start with the most plain and order the other kinds another time. Well, what arrived was definitely not what I expected, there’s a place for crispyness in garlic bread type things but this was a level above crispy, the entire thing was just hard and almost paper flat. It’s been a long time since I had a proper pide, sure, but I can tell you the whole thing isn’t usually so flat or had. I really hope their other kinds, which have more toppings have a better taste and texture 😢
