Small serving but flavourful fusion dish with lots of umami from the mixed mushrooms, doenjang fermented soybean paste, truffle oil, and dasi stock. Chewy texture and nutty flavour from the barley grains too. Sous vide egg and alliums could be removed upon request. ($25)
