Remember to ask for Vegan option! This was the best Risotto

I ate! The serving was quite small 🤣 not enough for two. Yum Yum 😋

this was pretty unique and different from other risottos I've tried before especially due to

the Korean fusion but I loved it! it was thick and creamy and the truffle taste was strong. don't let its size fool you because it's surprisingly filling!

loved the vibes here, it was really quiet and the staff were really lovely and friendly.


Truffley risotto (with barley grains) with #vegan cheese! Was a little hesitant about the barley

initially but it turned out really yum and blended well with the rest of the dish! This is a korean cafe-pottery studio which is a p cool concept! Also attended a class here and made a lemon juicer and paintbrush holder! 🍋🎨


New Korean inspired vegetarian/ vegan store at capitol! This dish consists of mix mushrooms, barley,

dasi stock, doenjang (Korean miso) and truffle oil. Really love this dish though it’s a little pricey. The Arborio rice has been substituted with barley. The dasi stock and doenjang really added to the amazing Unami flavour! Would return to try the rest of the dishes.

I honestly think this is the best vegan risotto I’ve had in Singapore. They used

doenjang as well as dashi stock and a medley of mushrooms – tons of umami flavor come thru. With barley in place of Arborio rice so it's low carb!


Small serving but flavourful fusion dish with lots of umami from the mixed mushrooms, doenjang

fermented soybean paste, truffle oil, and dasi stock. Chewy texture and nutty flavour from the barley grains too. Sous vide egg and alliums could be removed upon request. ($25)


Love that is made with barley, makes the texture of the dish so good! It

is super creamy as well and the mushroom aroma is strong!


Wasn’t a huge fan of this - too salty, couldn’t taste much. But I appreciated

the presentation and the use of barley instead of rice which gave it extra chew! They were very responsive to feedback so hopefully it’s tweaked further to let the other flavours shine more


This had a nice array of different mushrooms and good portion size suitable for sharing.

It’s not as decadent as you might expect a risotto to be but maybe that’s a good thing depending on what you’re looking for 🤭
