
Found a veganised cordon bleu at Monoprix but I can’t say I enjoyed it very much. Maybe it’s because I cooked it in the oven so I won’t have to use any grease. In any case, the vegan cheese inside melts very well and the crust is quite crispy. The big drawback is in the faux chicken that lacked flavour. I think I’d be happier if this was just crispy crusted cheese.
