Meat Floss Tofu 素肉松豆腐 at Happy Sambodi Vege Restaurant — Steven Neoh's Review (Feb 21, 2022)

The big #tofu cubes had excellent texture both inside and outside, but the massive letdown here was the unannounced #coriander 😡🤮 Frankly, I'd rather eat laundry powder, or carboxylic acid, than coriander 😷 They didn't even just sprinkle it over the top, they used the leaves to line the top surface of the tofu before layering the #veganfloss and sauce *above* the bloody thing 😒
