Pretty good, but I don’t think I’ve ever had meat jerky so I don’t have anything to compare it to 😅
It’s salty, chewy, with a little hint of chilli kick. The texture reminds me of something I can’t put my finger on - maybe like those dried fruit roll ups I had as a kid? But way chewier.
Will buy again from time to time.
