pro - has fennel seed to give it a nice sausage taste. con - the texture was a little odd (mushy?). i cooked them with onions and some leftover bolognese sauce. when i cook the other half, i might flatten them to get more browned outside and less mush. the packaging is a little #deathbyplastic i can use the container next time i make truffles but i wouldn't buy them again. #veganmeatballs
