It’s Monday and I’m heavily craving this vegan nyonya / peranakan laksa by Coco Veggie 😢 Tried this with my sister and her bf and she absolutely loooooved it 🍜 Quite different from the usual sgean laksa, with thicker gravy and a slightly more sour taste - amazing flavours!! 🌈
