Review of Jajangmyeon (Black Soybean Paste Noodles) at The Boneless Kitchen by mehmehrene

I think jajangmyeon isn’t my kinda food.. not exactly sure what’s the draw of this dish 🤔
I think I’d prefer the noodles less soft, and a bit more variation in the ingredients. Mostly zucchini, radish and bit of mushroom - gets kinda boring after a few mouthfuls. Unless this is how jajangmyeon is supposed to be?? $12
