Review of Spaghetti Funghi at Gia Restaurant by tiascaz
This was one of the best pastas I’ve ever had, and I lived in Italy for 3 years. So savoury and umami, with truffle butter, cashew ricotta, Tuscan kale, mushrooms, and Violife Parmesan. The pasta itself was definitely hand made and it was so impressive. Loved it.
