Soft, chewy neutral edamame spaghetti! I tossed it with lots of saucy spicy marinara, onions, chives and herbs! Pretty tasty, I only ate about half of this and was stuffed! Overall good flavor, but next time I want to drizzle more olive oil and use a creamier vegan Alfredo sauce - would be mighty tasty- have you found any good brands of that? Seems scarce to find.
