I LOVE ZOÏ! I took myself to brunch today and this sandwich was off the charts good! Ever since I arrived in France I have been wanting a baguette sandwich, and today the universe DELIVERED! Strips of homemade seitan dressed in a yellow curry sauce accompanied by tomatoes and roasted courgette! I wish I was eating another one right now!
