Review of Authentic tofu - Cauldron by olivejuice
My go to tofu. I find this to be pretty versatile and I tend to either marinate and air fry cubes or crumble it as tofu scramble.
Going to be honest and say I don’t have a great deal of experience with tofu so I can’t say whether it’s firm enough to be called firm (although I think it’s quite a soft texture before pressing).
Either way I enjoy this brand, it’s affordable and easily found in most supermarkets in the UK.

tinkx I buy it freeze it. Then when needed drain and bake it. Just add your sauce after the bake. You can keep cooking...The texture is v good.1 likeReply
olivejuice I’ve heard the freeze-defrost method but haven’t given it a go yet. I think I’ll have to try it on my next pack! Reply
