I swear down if you gave these to a non vegan without telling them it was vegan they would think it was a dairy cupcake! This was insanely good, moist and rich. The icing to cake ratio was 50/50 which is slightly too sweet for me but since they are quite small it's not tooth achingly sweet. Blown away by these really as chocolate cupcakes aren't my go to choice but this may have changed my mind
