Charcoal Puff

MO BAR

Veganised by removing the cheese. It’s got a samosa filling, but with a charcoal puff pastry shell and served on a layer of mint chutney. Again felt quite simple in spite of the appearance, but really nice! Lighter and less oily than regular samosas
