Quite a simple dish, but nutritious and with a flavourful broth. Came with tofu, mushrooms, spinach and omnimeat. Got extra tofu to substitute vegetarian anchovies as the stall owner wasn’t yet sure if the anchovies were vegan, and there was more spinach than is visible in the photo, as a lot was underneath the noodles.
