Review of Salted Vegetable Tofu Soup at Shu Vegetarian Stall by shawneofthedead

Perfectly serviceable rendition of this dish though they definitely cook it on the spot so it hasn't been simmering and gaining flavour for hours. As a result, the soup tastes pleasant but doesn't carry a tang of sourness as it ought. Still, packed full of veg and tofu so very comforting nonetheless!
