Review of Seaweed Waffle at Zest Ubud by kitchenwitched

I was so intrigued by this savoury waffle’s description and it did not disappoint. The seaweed flavour is powerful, so don’t order if you’re on the fence about this ingredient. The Camembert cheese is made by Treenut Cheesery (completely plant-based) and was delectable. The avocado and mushrooms were great compliments.
