Salad Tofu Ranchero at Guzman y Gomez - i12 Katong — Miss Sedgwick's Review (Jan 8, 2022)

This doesn’t come w sour cream or cheese so there’s no need to veganise, however, it does come w a mayo-like dressing which u need to ask to exclude. Tastes good but very expensive (more so than burrito tofu ranchero) at $12 + which is quite questionable for a salad.
