This traditional Japanese stew consisted of seven seasonal and cultivated 🍄: black trumpet, morel, lobster, matsutake, enoki, buna-shimeji, and shiitake, with negi onion, lotus root, slow cooked napa cabbage, daikon, and carrot slices. Wow! This fantastical 🍄-lover’s paradise was a true work of art. Full of deep and rich umami flavor, it’s a real must try. (Gluten-free) #saveveganrestaurants
