I took a teaspoon of this right out the can and 🤮 Enter flashbacks of their jackfruit sriracha! I decided to toss and re-glaze this on a pan to give some life back to it and with a little more love it actually came to life! dafnelately Yeah treating jackfruit as a “meat alternative” is supposedly a Thai thing..? 🧐 The de-flavoured pulp of the fruit still weirds me out but I was quite impressed with how good banana heart works as a fish substitute 😅Reply
