Review of Fish Soup at Shu Vegetarian Stall by shawneofthedead

Was recommended this signature dish by the guy manning the till. Bit pricey for a hearty bowl of soup but it's lovely - thick, sweetly umami soup packed with seaweed, cabbage, tomatoes, silken tofu, mock fish and more.
