This is the whipped cream I used for the frosting for these muffins. It’s too greasy for me, but the frosting is solid. Unfortunately, it contains palm oil, no whipped cream here on the plant-based market is palm oil free. I keep looking for an alternative to this since coconut whipped cream is not as firm as this one.😕
