
These are some of my favorite store-bought vegan bagels. Since they’re made with freshly sprouted wheat, they are better for the tummy. These bagels offer 4g of fiber, 170mg of potassium, 50mg of Calcium, and 1.5mg of Iron. They stay fresh for awhile and have a good shelf life. The seasonings on these Everything bagels taste very fresh and are moist instead of dried out. #veganisnotscary
