The signature 'meatballs' had a uniquely fluffy and chewy texture, with slightly crisp edges coated in teriyaki sesame sauce - kind of like grilled mochi rice cakes! Found out from the staff that these nutritious 'meatballs' were made using rice and mushrooms. Served with straw mushrooms, edamame soybeans, and salad for a well-balanced meal. ($12) Jasmine rice can be switched to quinoa (+$2).
