The softest tofu ever. The stuff of dreams. They should make pillows and mattresses and headphone cushions out of this guy. Once cooked, it's spongy perfection that melts in your mouth. And it didn't disintegrate into a crumbly mess.

If you know any adults who haven't weaned yet and are reluctant to #ditchdairy/ paneer, have them try this and suss out the difference. The ones around me could not. Insanely good stuff. Slicing into it was the most satisfying feeling. 🔪

They have a lot of flavours (marinara, cilantro, carrot-ginger, smoked, Himalayan black, etc.) but it'll take something special to beat this. Plain stuff just wins, sometimes.
