I choose classic tofu for spinach tofu curry. Even though i made it too dry

crushing out all the water tofu stayed in cube form after boiling. Tofu was good with the curry maybe it was too dry. It didnā€™t have any bad flavours like few other tofus,it has plain tofu flavour. Spinach tofu curry came out so good with plant ingredients like cashew cheese and tofu I couldnā€™t stop eating it. If I can cook it this tasty restaurants can achieve better taste with them. dairy ingredients are being used for namesake and i talked with few local restaurants about use of butter and ghee in food they find them too expensive so they are omitting them so dairy is already becoming obsolete even with subsidies. Itā€™s time to be smart and learn use of plants and be healthy on plants. #ditchdairy

I couldnā€™t find health on plants tofu in stores so I have to order them online and itā€™s coming with excess packaging. I will buy them more if they are in stores at least in stores like natures basket.

The softest tofu ever. The stuff of dreams. They should make pillows and mattresses and

headphone cushions out of this guy. Once cooked, it's spongy perfection that melts in your mouth. And it didn't disintegrate into a crumbly mess.

If you know any adults who haven't weaned yet and are reluctant to #ditchdairy/ paneer, have them try this and suss out the difference. The ones around me could not. Insanely good stuff. Slicing into it was the most satisfying feeling. šŸ”Ŗ

They have a lot of flavours (marinara, cilantro, carrot-ginger, smoked, Himalayan black, etc.) but it'll take something special to beat this. Plain stuff just wins, sometimes.
