zen soup at Plumeria Vegetarian Encinitas — unejanie's Review (Dec 30, 2021)

some days i feel like soup but don't feel like cooking it. broth is coconut lemongrass. doesn't have a strong coconut flavor. i requested no cilantro. one little piece was in there. it's full of brown rice, carrots, beans and a tiny bit of tofu. they are completely vegan except for several dishes where they offer egg. don't quite understand that. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #veganisnotscary
