As shop-bought vegan pizzas go, this was actually pretty good! I liked the sourdough crust and the toppings (although I think the mozzarella was added more for presentation’s sake, since it added little to the taste or texture). It was a good-sized #pizza too, and cooked really quickly. Now they just need to make a larger variety of #veganpizza options than just plain old #margherita.
