i was so excited to see this product when it came out. i figured with this and vegan marshmallows, i could make fudge. just have never around to it. i used it to make sweet potato purée and the leftover was great in coffee. i am a #coconutlover but it doesn't have a strong coconut flavor, just super creamy. #veganisnotscary
