🎄 Another rendition of the Christmas loaf! I was quite impressed with this. Somehow the mixture of minced mushrooms, nuts, maybe some seitan like thing, and seasonings, give rise to this chewy and satisfying bite in my mouth! I've not had roasted potatoes and vegetables for so long, and kind of miss how they taste! Also, I couldn't taste added oils, and asked if they used any. Turns out they don't, but they did use vegan butter. Haha. Xmas spirit chopped! 🤩 oh, do remember to bring your own bento box and utensils, as they use disposables! 🌏
