Review of Handmade Mild Red Tofu Tamales - Banyan Foods by thundergleep

When Mexican and Asian fires collide you get tofu tamales! The flavor is great, but the tofu texture it weird in a tamale. It needs some whole beans or corn, some kinda texture. I definitely liked the Alpha southwest tamale better, but don't get me wrong, these are still good!
