Omg. I love these. Only thing is they’re kind of dry. I don’t know tamales

well, I don’t know if they’re supposed to be dry or crumbly. But they are lol. The filling is really good, I put some tofutti sour cream on these, and I could eat like two packages. They are not crazy heavy or filling. You could probably add some spicy salsa or something too because they are mild.

These tamales make for a quick, satisfying snack or dinner. They are very slightly spicy,

easy to cook (microwave, for the win!), and pretty nutritious.

When Mexican and Asian fires collide you get tofu tamales! The flavor is great, but

the tofu texture it weird in a tamale. It needs some whole beans or corn, some kinda texture. I definitely liked the Alpha southwest tamale better, but don't get me wrong, these are still good!

I don’t know where the name comes from because they weren’t spicy at all but

they taste just like I remember them! I actually have a family friend who runs a Mexican food delivery and it’s called “tamale boy” so yay! finally I get to try vegan ones! although they are a little pricey with $7 for only four :(

The taste is amazing, but it's smaller than the usual tamale. It has two cooking

methods recommended on the package. I chose microwave, which made it come out a bit dry. Do the boil method for moister tamales.
