I never heard of this dish before. It looked a little boring to me, but it was shockingly good! Sweet and tangy. The "meat" kinda tasted like sloppy joes. #veganin2021 #veganisnotscary

mikekenn Bulgogi is a very popular Korean dish. You can also eat it without a meat substitute, it's mostly stir fried veggies with the bulgogi sauce. 1 likeReply
