Review of Mushroom Ceviche at Analogue by biapol
This was a light and delicate appetizer. The mushrooms were sliced thinly and nicely seasoned and marinated. Served on a bed of seaweed kind of pesto. It played with all flavours in your palette. #veganisnotscary
