.This is @screamerspizzeria take on a giant calzone . This is delicious dough filled with vegan ricotta and mozzarella (I added spinach and black olives) and baked to perfection.
First of all let’s talk about the size! I shared it with my mom and there was still enough left for her to eat for dinner later on. It was ginormous! Next, the taste was superb, the cheezes were really melted and just delicious. 🤤🤤
