Review of Fried Monkey Head Mushroom Butter 奶油猴頭菇 at Coco Veggie Nyonya Cuisine by skootykoots

This was clearly the star dish and chef's special. Huge lion mane mushrooms, perfectly fried to super crispy perfection.
And that butter sauce, oooouuuhhhhhh, not too rich, sweetish n tasty.
Absolutely brilliant dish!
