Review of Cheese-fake at HUG by erialaimo

Special review today!
It’s my 27th birthday and I ordered this salted caramel cheesefake (as they call it 🤣).
It was my first time trying this and I must say it has a good taste. In my opinion it tastes more like pudding than “cheese” and even the density of it makes me think so but again, it was good anyway. The topping was 💯
This restaurant is 100% vegan and located in Monza.
