These thick-cut champignon (white) mushrooms, vacuum fried in sunflower oil, are very fatty, not exactly crunchy, and have no distinct flavor. The dehydrated mushroom taste was better than expected, but I would not purchase these again. One 57g package contains 26g of fat, and 340 calories. Other ingredients include sea salt and corn maltodextrin.
