I’m not sure if they use seitan to achieve this but it’s one of my favourite mock meat textures I’ve ever tried, and they give you a really generously thick slab of it. It’s beautifully fried and crispy on the outside, with a lovely sweet and salty sticky sauce. Top notch! #veganisnotscary #day70 #1reviewaday
