Review of Prosociano Wedge - Violife by viorao
The smell is not very pleasant (but neither is that of Parmesan) so I do not recommend to serve it as platter cheese. However, I like the taste when I grate it on freshly served pasta. 😊
It’s good that it’s made of coconut oil, so anyone can eat it - even those allergic to nuts.
It’s a bit pricey, around €5 for 150gr - but still cheaper than other veg dried fruit "cheeses".
In conclusion, I recommend it!
